Windows Cannot Find Doc Make Sure You Typed the Name Correctly and Try Again
This mayhap an issue with a system file being corrupt.
You can effort a couple things.
Right click your start button and select Control prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
In Control prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.
Restart the computer.
If that doesn't work then endeavor this,
Right click your start push button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Control prompt.
In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, blazon the post-obit commands.
Printing Enter key after each command:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Important: When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to gear up corruptions.
To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Leave, and then printing Enter.
Restart your estimator.

I right clicked oon the start push button and there was no choice for the control eye
I tried simply searching for cmd and it came up. Still when I tried to run it as a administrator I got the errorI am too now unableto connect to the internet.
When i ran a diagnostic examination it said that The diagnostics Policy Service is not runnig but when I click on effort these repairs every bit an administrator zilch happens

When you correct click employ the Powershell (admin) one.

When I clicked powershell (admin) I got the bulletin "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this activity. Please installa programme or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."

Seems like at that place is issues with the image.
I would recommend what Andre is suggesting by doing a repair upgrade.

Seems similar there is issues with the epitome.
I would recommend what Andre is suggesting by doing a repair upgrade.
